Welcome to the exclusive Sandestin Resort. Bay Front! Ideally located in the Sandestin Resort community across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the Sandestin Beach Club. It only takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach. The space Our small, 2/2 townhouse is newly furnished with tasteful modern decor for a cozy, beachy coastal vibe. It’s the perfect retreat or vacation spot for families and small groups. LIVING/DINING AREA The second-level living and dining area offer excellent bay views! Fully furnished with a brand new 6 person seating dining room table, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a 65” Smart TV where you can log into all your TV apps. It’s a perfect spot to relax in front of the fireplace or enjoy a book in the cozy reading nook complete with recliner and rocking chair. KITCHEN Our open kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, tupperware and lots of extras so you have everything you need to prepare meals. Plastic cups, utensils, and divided plates are also provided for the kids. There is a Keurig and coffee provided so you can enjoy the perfect morning beverage. There is also a crock pot and blender in the pantry. GUEST ROOM Our guest bedroom offers 2 queen sized beds and a large walk in closet. Kiddos bring your gaming system or watch all of your favorite streaming channels on the 32” Smart TV. Small seating area as well if you decide to bring a book and get cozy. Off the kitchen there is a full size washer and dryer for when you unfortunately have to do laundry on vacation this adorable home has you covered. MASTER BEDROOM The Master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a king size bed, 44" Smart TV, dresser and small closet with hangers. There is a seating area where you can simply sit and enjoy the view of the Bay and Baytowne. The connected bathroom offers a shower and bathtub. OUTSIDE There is a small covered patio area outside the condo with a table, four chairs….and did we mention the views? Private beach access all codes will be given upon arrival. Other things to note Parking Guests may park one vehicle directly in front of the condo. There is only one parking spot provided for each unit so other arrangements must be made for additional vehicles. Lawn service, trash pickup and exterior pest control may occur during your stay. We can't wait to see you at the beach!
